CINCINNATI (AP) — Court documents show an Ohio man accused of killing his brother over the weekend was upset about a dispute over their late father's estate.
Police in Colerain Township near Cincinnati say Daniel Littlepage tried to kill himself with sleeping pills after shooting his brother, Larry, and confessing to the slaying on a digital recorder.
Court documents say the 47-year-old Littlepage was taken into custody Friday after allegedly shooting his brother one time in the stomach and twice in the head.
The Cincinnati Enquirer (http://cin.ci/136DwMV ) reports that Hamilton County court documents showed Littlepage was upset over their father's estate and a lawsuit his brother and two other siblings filed against him in 2010.
Littlepage was due in court Monday. Records did not include attorney information.
