OSU Lima campus plans to build student center

LIMA, Ohio (AP) — Ohio State University is moving ahead with plans to build a student center on its Lima campus.

A state panel in Columbus this past week approved money for designing the $4 million project at the regional campus in northwest Ohio.

Ohio State is hoping to open begin the work soon and open the student center sometime during the next two years.

The Lima News (http://bit.ly/ZdRydC ) reports that the plan for the building includes a recreation and wellness center and a food court.

A school official says the building will transform student life on the OSU-Lima campus.
