Benjamin Logan High School students in the Ms. Walterbusch's geometry class recently built bridges out of Popsicle sticks. This project was to help the students understand how engineers use triangles to construct safe, strong, and stable structures. The students were able to understand that the bridges are more sturdy with bases of triangles than cubes.
