ABOVE: Justin Ransbottom of Levan’s Excavating Inc. grades gravel Wednesday along the new road base for Reynolds Avenue at Main Street. The $260,000 project will add traffic lights and a turn lane for traffic entering and leaving the Crossroads Business Center. Much of the funding for the project came from the Ohio Department of Transportation and the Department of Development.
