The Girl Scouts of Western Ohio Junior Troop 20383 recently completed a beautification project on a property located in Ridgeway across from the village fire department on State Route 292.
Paver stones and concrete benches were installed in this area, followed by the planting of flowers and mulching. Four planters with flowers also were installed at the main intersection of Ridgeway.
The property was donated to the village by the Fay Family, and an engraved granite stone was previously placed in rememberance of Carson and Marie Fay.
Ridgeway Mayor Kevin Howland’s family donated two benches and paver stones for the project. Junior Troop 20383 under the direction of Troop Leaders Brandy Oates and Denise Mouser provided the flowers, planters and labor.
