Blackburn, 35, of 2240 Township Road 108, Huntsville, was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and was cited for leaving the scene and failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead after a 1:10 a.m. Saturday crash at Main Street and Sandusky Avenue.
