Suspect pockets man’s wallet

Officers are looking for a white male suspect with dark hair and wearing a brown coat who took Mike Shepherd’s wallet at Community Markets, 870 E. Sandusky Ave., on Friday.

Mr. Shepherd pulled his wallet out to pay and mistakenly left it on the counter. Video surveillance shows the suspect placing the wallet in his pants pockets and walking out around 11:45 a.m.

Man charged with OVI after hit/skip crash
