Man charged with domestic violence

Michael J. Blair, 42, of 804 W. Patterson Ave., was charged around 10 p.m. Monday with domestic violence after he allegedly threatened and struck Kelly Campbell of the same address. She agreed to leave the residence and was provided emergency shelter for the night.
