West Liberty man indicted for phone threats

William Kyle, 53, of West Liberty, was indicted Wednesday by a Champaign County grand jury on one count of disrupting public services and two counts of inducing panic stemming from Dec. 13 incident in which he allegedly made telephone threats to harm Champaign County Child Support Enforcement Agency employees.
