Teens charged with underage consumption, driver charged with OVI

Brendan Harford, 19, of Huntsville, and Isaiah Snipes, 19, of Lewistown, each was charged with underage consumption following a traffic stop that occurred about 10:20 p.m. Sunday in the 1000 block of south Ludlow Road.
