Local workers among first to face pension reductions

When Bellefontaine resident Kathy Comer retired from Nash Finch four years ago, she thought she was in a comfortable position with her pension and Social Security benefits to pay her bills, enjoy her cats and spend time volunteering with the Holland Theatre and Bellefontaine Police Department.
