Indian Lake levy ups and downs

In May, Indian Lake Schools saw its request for new money from voters defeated again by a count of 1,428 to 1,260. The school district was asking for a five-year, 7.2-mill renewal levy with an increase of $821,000.

SHERIFF BEAT: Woman, 2 children transported from crash

Courtney Estep, 22, of Bellefontaine, and two children, ages 3 months and 1 year, were transported by Huntsville squad to Mary Rutan Hospital for treatment of possible injuries following a crash Thursday afternoon.
