Sidney woman is most wanted

SIDNEY — The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office has issued a most wanted alert for Heather M. Herring, a 27-year-old white female, 5-foot 9-inches and 130 pounds, with blue eyes and blonde hair.

Herring is wanted on a grand jury warrant for illegal use of WIC/SNAP program benefits by falsifying her application to receive food assistance, a fifth-degree felony.

Do not approach the subject if seen. Notify local police to report her whereabouts.
