Lawrence L. Presley, 54, of 589 N. Township Road 129, Zanesfield, was arrested Wednesday for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and was cited for a stop sign violation, failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead, failure to control and three counts each of leaving the scene of a crash and driving under suspension after a series of crashes around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.

The Logan County Relay For Life’s annual Paint the Town Purple event is slated for 6 p.m. Thursday.
Participants should meet at the Carnegie Building. The event includes a ceremonial walk in preparation for the 2013 Relay For Life which is June 14 and 15 at the Ohio Hi-Point Career Center.
