Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department responded to two separate crashes Friday, the first at 2:45 p.m. at Ludlow and Brennan roads where a vehicle operated by Dave P. Anderson, 58, of Bellefontaine, pulled from a stop sign at Brennan into the path of another auto headed north on Ludlow driven by Laura H. Mitchell, 37, of Bellefontaine.
