Several injured in vehicle pileup on I-75

I75-crash

A tractor-trailer and five other vehicles were part of a 15 to 20 vehicle pileup about 4:30 p.m. Monday in the northbound lane of Interstate 75 about 1 1/4 miles south of Exit 102 between Anna and Botkins. At least five people were injured in the accident which closed down that section of I-75 north. Southbound traffic was reduced to a crawl. The sudden heavy snow in the area caused numerous slide-offs as well. More than a dozen traffic accidents were reported Monday in Logan County, including one on U.S. Route 68 that claimed the life of 11-year-old Connor Strobridge of Bellefontaine.  (AP PHOTO | LUKE GRONNEBERG, SIDNEY DAILY NEWS)
