Man lodged after neighbor dispute

Russells Point Police were dispatched to Point Village Apartments, 400 Lincoln Blvd., at about 8:20 p.m. Thursday in reference to a neighbor dispute, where the complainant said her neighbors were yelling, screaming and beating on the walls causing her pictures to fall off her wall.
