Intoxicated man jailed

Garrett A. Rose, 22, of 715 W. Chillicothe Ave., Apt. 4, was charged with public intoxication after he was found around 4:45 a.m. today passed out on the pavement of a parking lot at Christ Temple Church, 612 W. Chillicothe Ave. He was unable to identify his residence even though it was in sight of the church, officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department reported.
