Suspect arrested in Quincy vehicle break-ins

James “Buck” O. Barker, 30, of 318 Main St., Quincy, was charged Thursday with 10 counts of criminal trespass, five counts of criminal damaging, nine counts of theft and two counts of arson related to an investigation into incidents Aug. 1 in the village of Quincy.
