Officers deploy Taser to subdue suspect

Garrett A. Rose, 22, of 715 W. Chillicothe Ave., Apt. 4, was charged Saturday with public intoxication, resisting arrest, illegal conveyance of drugs into a detention facility, possession of marijuana and open container of alcohol after he was Tasered and arrested outside Moore’s Cafe, 111 S. Detroit St., around 2:30 a.m.
