Snowmobile operator charged with OVI

Police send case to prosecutor

Channon Cozad of Bellefontaine reported Tuesday a named male suspect has been sending her harassing and offensive text messages.

Officers took photographs of the messages on her cellular phone and have referred the case to prosecutors for charges.
