Shook guilty of all but one charge

SHOOK

John “Tim” Shook, 35, the former Riverside High School band director on trial in Logan County Common Pleas Court charged with six counts of sexual battery, two counts of attempted sexual battery and five counts of gross sexual imposition involving RHS female students, has been found guilty of 12 of the 13 counts.

The jury was charged with the verdict prior to today’s lunch break, and returned the verdict about 2 p.m.
