Bronwyn Skidmore of Bellefontaine wipes away tears Tuesday as she looks across a sea of 500 American flags, including 193 that represent soldiers from Ohio who have lost their lives fighting in Afghanistan and Iraq. The Ohio Flags of Honor Foundation memorial is on display on Campbell Hill day and night at the Ohio Hi-Point Career Center through the Ohio Flags of Honor ceremony that begins at 1 p.m. Sunday. The flag display is in conjunction with the Logan County Rally at the Peak and the final Honda HomeComing events at the career center which begin Thursday and conclude Saturday.
