Anyone who attended the send-off Wednesday was offered a free lunch on behalf of Mr. Ross.

“I’m gonna miss these people,” said Mr. Ross.

Mr. Ross’ family started RTC in Bellefontaine.

“Dennis is the Ross in Ross Training Center,” said Don Oswald, employee at RTC. “Our objective is to help people’s dreams come true. At the time, Dennis’s dream was to work at McDonald’s, which is a lot of pressure when someone wants to work at only one place. We helped Dennis get his job, coached and trained him.”
