New facility to begin operating Tuesday

Logan County’s 16th full-time recycling center is set to open.
The public is invited to attend the opening, set for 4 p.m. Tuesday, near the campground on the north side of Indian Lake State Park, 13042 N. State Route 235, Lakeview.
The event is hosted by the Logan County Solid Waste Management District, which maintains all the recycling sites countywide, including the other five Indian Lake-area locations.
The purpose of this recycling location is to serve tourists and visitors to the Indian Lake region, according to solid waste district administrators.
