Discovery Riders Inc. recently presented an anti-bullying program to Bellefontaine Intermediate School fourth-grade classes called “Say Whoa with a Little Magic” that included a visit by a miniature horse named “Magic.”

The program is designed to encourage students to appreciate their differences and respect one another, as Magic demonstrates her differences. The students recognized that Magic has a brown eye and a blue eye. They also noted that she has a long tail and mane as well as a dark brown, spotted coat.
Students were asked to relate the experiences they had being bullied and where they had been bullied and why.
