Logan County District Board of Health members learned at their Wednesday afternoon meeting about a donation from a local organization that will provide for added immunity for area residents against several illnesses, including pertussis.
The Bellefontaine Kiwanis Club has donated $1,000 to the Logan County Health District to provide additional vaccinations for vulnerable populations.

“We’re so appreciative to the Kiwanis Club for their donation,” Mrs. Schroer said. “This is a wonderful way that they are helping us reach out into the community.”
