A deputy of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office who was on patrol in the area of Belle Center was flagged down by a motorist about 11:20 a.m. The individual reported observing a motorcycle on County Road 39 that was driving left of center and weaving.
The motorcyclist, Mr. Milliron, was located on C.R. 39 near New Richland, where he had laid the motorcycle down on the roadway. Damage was light to the vehicle.
The driver displayed signs of impairment related to prescription medication use, deputies said. Field sobriety tests were administered, and he was transported to the sheriff’s office, where he refused to take a urine test.
