Tammy Peterson, 35, of 445 Union St., Lakeview, was issued a summons for obstructing official business early this morning related to an incident at her residence.
Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office were attempting to serve a warrant to her husband, Wesley A. Peterson, 31, at that address about 1:20 a.m.
Mrs. Peterson answered the door and said she hadn’t seen her husband for several days. She said he had borrowed a vehicle and hadn’t returned home at that time.
However, while deputies were standing at the doorway, they observed Mr. Peterson walk near a window in the home.
She was issued the summons, and he was arrested on the warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
