Memorial Hospital of Union County named National Best Place to Work list

MARYSVILLE — Memorial Hospital in Marysville has been nationally recognized as one of the top 100 Best Places to Work in Healthcare by Modern Healthcare magazine which evaluates hospitals, healthcare organizations and industry related companies.

The hospital learns in October its exact rank on the list.

“We are incredibly honored to be called out as a best place to work in healthcare,” said Chip Hubbs, Memorial Hospital CEO and president.

“The evaluation process for consideration was extensive including a complex survey of our employees. We are very grateful for the positive feedback provided by our team members that led to this national recognition.”

The national publication conducts programs to recognize outstanding employers in the healthcare industry. Employers must complete a survey detailing company policies, practices, benefits and demographics. Employees are asked in-depth questions that result in an analysis in eight areas: leadership and planning, culture and communications, role satisfaction, working environment, relationship with supervisor, training and development, pay and benefits, and overall satisfaction.
