New café opening in former Chattan Loch building

The number 212 has long been known for the temperature at which water boils, but this week it will take on a new meaning in Logan County.
Café 212, a new restaurant being opened by Heather Cummins, will be the newest dining option beginning Tuesday.
An employee of Black Tie Café and Catering for more than five years, Ms. Cummins plans to open the business as a casual lunch restaurant with an inviting atmosphere.
“I just want to have people here relaxing, eating lunch out on the patio and enjoying our food,” she said. “My menu is simple — five to six salads, five to six paninis, to choose from and a daily special and soup.”
