In the midst of handing out trophies to a number of 4-H project winners on the 4-H Activities Building stage Thursday, Ashley Wilson suddenly found herself the recipient of an award honoring her nine years of dedication to the program.
Annie Davis, OSU extension educator, announced that Ashley as well as Amanda Frasure had been named the Outstanding 4-H Members of the Year.
