Russells Point Village Council acted on several issues Monday during its regular meeting, suspending the three-reading rule and passing all, including a measure to sell property no longer needed for public use.
Bid information on the property in question, 149 Clermont Ave., will be made available in the village office.
The village also moved to accept a Community Development Block Grant through the Logan County Commissioners for two comprehensive storm sewer projects in the amount of $28,814.00 and $10,000 to fund studies of the storm sewer system that will be instrumental in applying for other grants.
Council also voted to proceed with the acquisition of real property for the Indian Lake-Great Miami River Open Space Project and approved the routine adjustment of appropriations.
