Ramona Booher, 56, of 6188 Township Road 55, was cited for operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and failure to control following a one-vehicle rollover crash Tuesday afternoon on U.S. Route 68 just north of Township Road 199.

Troopers of the Marysville Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol report Ms. Booher was traveling southbound in a minivan about 5:20 p.m. when she lost control, went off the right side of the road and struck an embankment. The vehicle then rolled several times before coming to rest on the driver’s side.

The driver, who claims she was wearing a seat belt, was treated for injuries at the scene and released to a family member.

Her blood-alcohol content was .105, troopers said.

West Liberty Fire Department and Macochee Joint Ambulance District assisted at the scene.

Taffic was delayed for a time.

Damage to the minivan was heavy.
