Dr. Katie Benson wrapped up her health and fitness series Thursday with Bellefontaine Kiwanians with a demonstration of basic exercises that participants can do at home.
Visiting students joined Kiwanis members, some of whom were as old as 80, in a series of exercises at Bellefontaine Masonic Center led by Dr. Benson.
Participants exercised for six minutes, jogging in place for 20 seconds and resting for 20 seconds. The group also engaged in squats and pushups.
