Son of county natives plays Jeopardy

Robert “Rob” Groves IV, Ph.D., son of 1975 Indian Lake High School graduates Robert W. and Kathryn Eifert Groves, is a Jeopardy contestant on the game show airing Friday.

Mr. Groves is a graduate of UCLA where he earned a doctorate in classics and is currently employed as a lecturer. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

He is a grandson of Judy Groves Harter of Foley, Ala., and the late Bob Groves; and Marianna Eifert of Piney Flats, Tenn., and the late Jack Eifert, all formerly of Logan County.
