HALEY II |
A Bellefontaine man accused of raping a child under the age of five could be labeled a sexually violent predator if he is convicted of the charges outlined in a four-count indictment.
Detectives with the Bellefontaine Police Department began investigating Matthew S. Haley II, 24, of Bellefontaine, after a Dec. 23 complaint.
A Logan County grand jury this week handed up an indictment charging him with two counts of first-degree felony rape, two counts of third-degree felony gross sexual imposition.
