Officers of the Bellefontaine Police Department were called to the store around 1:40 p.m. and learned the suspect, using a motorized shopping cart, went through a self-checkout line without scanning a video player and a small vacuum.
While in the store security offices, she asked to use the restroom. There, she produced several more items, including food, from her pants.
The items total more than $240.
Security personnel also provided information indicating the suspect had cut a security cable to a $350 computer on Tuesday which set off an alarm at that time.
She was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
