Woman charged with falsification

Taylor A. Lugar, 18, of 12141 Township Road 87, Lakeview, was charged with falsification and obstructing official business Friday after an investigation conducted by deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office.

Ms. Lugar reported to deputies Dec. 28 that she had been raped.

After two weeks of investigation, deputies interviewed the defendant a second time, and she admitted to filing a false report.

She was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
