Bill Ramsey and Dr. Jason Robson were re-elected to serve as president and vice president, respectively, during the Benjamin Logan Board of Education’s annual reorganizational session Monday.
Treasurer Robert Kuehnle was reappointed to serve in that capacity.
Other reorganizational activity included approval of board committee assignments; service fund establishment; standing authorizations; the Bellefontaine Examiner as newspaper of record; program coordinator assignments; insurance for board members; retention of Scott, Scriven & Wahoff, Wiley Rein, and Squires, Sanders & Dempsey firms as legal counsels; attorney Edward Ostrowski as hearing officer; and board member pay at $125 per meeting, not to exceed 24 per year.
Regular meetings were retained at 7 p.m. the third Monday of each month, with the exception of February when the board gathers Feb. 11 instead of 18. The next regular meeting is at 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 21.
