Deadline for Excellence in Teaching is Jan. 14

The Bellefontaine Rotary Club is accepting nominations for the 2012-13 Excellence in Teaching Award.

Any state-certified pre-K through 12 teacher, who is employed by an accredited school in Logan County, is eligible for nomination.

Students, colleagues, parents, administrators or the general public may nominate their favorite teacher.

Forms are available at the following link: www.surveymonkey.com/s/97LVZM8. Hard copies of the form are available at the Bellefontaine Examiner office, the Knowlton Library or by calling Beth Harman, 593-9060.

Deadline for submission is Jan. 14. Winners will be announced at the April awards ceremony luncheon at the Logan County Friendly Senior Center.
