Zachary Moore of Bellefontaine reported to police in a 3:02 p.m. Wednesday complaint that an unknown vehicle struck his parked car on the front left side while he was inside Wal-Mart, 2281 S. Main St.

Damage to the front end of his car was moderate.

Summons issued for failure to file city taxes

Merissa Johnson, 23, of Bellefontaine, was served with a summons for failure to file/pay city income tax about 9:40 a.m. Friday.
