Lima area man reported missing

Dominic Fricano

LIMA — Law enforcement along with family and friends are searching for the owner of a Lima area business who has been missing since Friday.

Dominic Fricano, 55, hasn’t been seen or heard from since Friday morning, after he left his pizza shop Viva Maria at the Lima Mall to run a brief errand prior to the lunchtime rush, according to Lima News reports.

He reportedly left the Lima Mall parking lot in a white 2004 Chevy Express, with an Ohio license plate FFW 1301. A mirror is missing from the vehicle, and there are Christmas lights decorating the cargo van’s back window.

Mr. Fricano’s cell phone signal was last tracked in Delphos on Friday.

At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing black jeans, a button-up shirt and a white baseball cap with a Cincinnati Bengals logo. He stands 5 foot 11 and weighs approximately 250 pounds with brown eyes and black hair with touches of gray, and has a beard and mustache.

Deputies of the Allen County Sheriff’s Office were contacted, and friends and family members are also helping to organize a search.

Anyone with information should call the Allen County Sheriff’s Office at (419) 227-3535, or the family at (567) 712-0982.
