Sex offenders on the move

Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office report several sex offenders have moved to new addresses in the city recently. They are:

• Ora A. Tingler, 37, a sexual predator convicted of gross sexual imposition for charges involving young boys, will now be living at 117 W. High Ave.;

• Eugene E. Conway, 61, a Tier III sex offender convicted of sexual battery for incidents involving a juvenile male, has moved to 325 Wren St.;

• Paul J. Fulmer, 38, a Tier I sex offender convicted of gross sexual imposition for incidents involving a girl under the age of 13, has moved to 324 Lawrence St.;

• Shane E. Siebeneck, 35, a sexually-oriented offender convicted of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor involving a teenage girl, reported an address of 715 W. Chillicothe Ave., Apt. 6; and

• David C. Taggart, 23, a Tier I sex offender convicted of gross sexual imposition for crimes involving a teenage girl, is now at 120 W. Brown Ave.
