Open house set for open space project

The Indian Lake/Great Miami River Open Space Project was a topic of discussion Monday during the regular meeting of the Russells Point Village Council.

The Clean Ohio Fund Grant Committee has scheduled two public meetings at 7 p.m. Nov. 13 and 26 and an open house at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 5, with light refreshments and a presentation.

Council waived fees associated with a pending variance application scheduled for hearing by the Board of Zoning Appeals at 7 p.m. Nov. 15. The request filed by Point Village Ltd. seeks relief from the height allowance of a fence from 4.5 feet to 6 feet at the Point Village Apartments, 400 Lincoln Blvd.
