Ceremonial ground-breaking shovels dug into sod Friday, kicking off a project to build a 15,000-square-foot Logan County Transportation Museum.

If all goes well, the addition to the Logan County Historical Society’s Orr Mansion, 521 E. Columbus Ave., will be completed and open to the public in early 2014.
“This is an exciting day,” said the society’s President David Wagner, “but it is only the beginning of the biggest part.
