Deputies of the Logan County Sheriff’s Office initiated a traffic stop early this morning that resulted in the arrest of an out-of-state man after cocaine, marijuana and a digital scale were found in his vehicle.
Isaiah A. Luster, 24, of Loganville, Ga., initially was pulled over on U.S. Route 33 near State Route 347 about 1:50 a.m. because the taillights on his pickup were not working.

During the traffic stop, deputies learned that the driver did not have a valid driver’s license.
Deputies also observed an odor of marijuana coming from the pickup. During a search of the vehicle, they located a total of 111 grams of cocaine, 439 grams of marijuana, along with the digital scale.
The defendant was charged with possession of cocaine, a felony, along with possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor, and was issued the traffic citations for driving without an operator’s license and for the taillight violation.
He was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
