Vehicle strikes barn in minor injury crash

Tori Mackesy, 20, of Lakeview, was transported by private vehicle to Mary Rutan Hospital for non-incapacitating injuries sustained in a crash about 1 p.m. Sunday.

Troopers report she was operating a westbound vehicle on County Road 88 near County Road 90 when she traveled off the right side of the roadway, overcorrected, and went off the left side of the road. The driver then overcorrected again and drove off the right side of the road, striking a pile of wood and a barn.

The owner and address of the barn was not immediately available.

Ms. Mackesy was cited for failure to control.
