Dozens of cyclists braved the chill Saturday morning to take part in the Saints Ride, sponsored by the Logan County Catholic Community.
The route wound through the countryside from St. Patrick Catholic Church in Bellefontaine to St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church in Russells Point, with rest stops along the way and refreshments served at the Son Center in Lewistown.
Volunteers grilled and served burgers and hot dogs and snacks at St. Mary, before many made the return trip to St. Pat.
Boy Scout Troop 28 and Pack 145 greeted riders at the Son Center with energizing snacks and drinks at the halfway point of the ride, with Webelo Jesse Lawson-Smith, left, and Scout Clay Duckro manning the serving table.
