Election board continues preparation

The Logan County Board of Elections continues prepping for the Nov. 6 Presidential Election, conducting testing of voting equipment and preparing for longer voting hours.

Currently, the local office plans to be open for early voting until 5 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct.15-19; 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Oct. 22-26 and Oct. 29-Nov. 1; and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Nov. 2.

Hours for Nov. 2 through election day are yet to be determined as state and federal officials continue to hammer out voting hours for the final days leading up to the election.
