Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Kenton provided the setting for a June 13 ceremony uniting Theresa Gress and Greg Buxton in marriage. Pastor John Dyer provided the nuptials, with music performed by pianist Michelle Kindell.
The bride wore a Grecian-style gown of ivory chiffon over satin with ruching on the bodice. The back was accented with an ivory pearl and sequin broach and lettuce-edged chiffon falling to a chapel-length train. She carried a bouquet of ivory hydrangeas with freesia accents.
Katie Buxton, daughter of the bridegroom, served as the maid of honor. She wore a sage green halter gown with an organza overlay and carried a bouquet of ivory hydrangeas.
Jayce Isaacs Gress, son of the bride, performed the duties of best man. Nya Worrell attended the guest book, while her brother Nathan Worrell provided the guests with programs and wedding bells.
A reception followed at AMVETS Post 20 in Kenton.
